Lake Tahoe Real Estate- How the Implementation of IB Program in Schools Affect the Communityby Bonnie
The idea of the International Baccalaureate program orignally came about in response earlier this year to Incline's dropping enrollment. This has caused faculties to shrink over the past couple of years, resulting parents' concerns about high school-level scheduling. Statistics have shown that schools that accept the program indeed experience a spike in enrollment. Realtors see the difference as well. Education is one of the major factors for parent looking to buy a home. Some Incline reators have lost sales opportunities to parents looking for school districts with IB programs. The program would most likely increase the amount of homebuyers. Although the program expects the community to pay the bill, many residents are so supportive and enthusisastic about the program that they say that they are willing to open their paychecks to contribute.
